Fair and Safe Work
Our employees are unionized and protected by collective bargaining agreements. Remuneration is based on the principle of equal pay for equal work.
Women's Empowerment
We support the inclusion of more women in leadership positions through our Women's Career Development Program and Women's Committee. Comprehensive policies and guidelines have been developed to prevent gender-based violence, harassment, and discrimination in the workplace, and regular employee awareness training has been implemented.
Inclusion and Diversity
Support is provided for the recruitment, training, and social integration processes of migrant workers. Special safety representatives (safety bodies) are appointed for our disabled and pregnant employees, and occupational safety is ensured through special measures.
Good Dialogue and Participation
To strengthen employee satisfaction, we conduct regular annual employee satisfaction surveys to identify areas for improvement and continuously improve the employee experience. We foster a culture of open communication and solution-focused work through Good Dialogue Training.
Occupational Health and Safety
Sumoteks prioritizes the safety and health of its employees. Preventing workplace risks, ensuring ergonomic conditions, and fully complying with legal obligations are essential. The company employs a Class B Occupational Safety Specialist and provides periodic OHS training to all employees. Drills are conducted twice a year to address potential emergencies.
Awareness Trainings
All employees are provided with training in accordance with national legislation and ILO conventions, in line with customer codes of conduct, social compliance principles and environmental requirements.
