Design Process

Draft & Drawing
Our creative design team prepares the first collection drafts by transforming ideas into technical drawings. Color palettes, fabric selection, and pattern studies are finalized at this stage.

Sample Production
The selected designs are produced in our sample workshop. Mold, body, and quality checks are performed; they are evaluated in terms of both style and ease of use.

Working in collaboration with our solution partners and European-based design offices, we contribute to our partners' unique and trend-focused collection development processes.
In our collection development processes, we add value to our business partners not only through our production capacity but also through a holistic and sustainable approach that begins with design. In this regard, as part of the strategic partnership we have established with our solution partner design office, we work with a network of 12 professional fashion designers operating in various European countries.
Our designers create original, trend-focused designs across all categories of baby, children's, youth, women's, and men's apparel, tailored to each brand's vision, target market, and collection schedule. The process is structured as an end-to-end design service encompassing trend analysis, graphic and pattern development, technical drawing, sizing, and sample support.
Our design team approaches design not only from an aesthetic and functional perspective, but also as an area of responsibility that protects the planet's resources. Our design processes are based on approaches such as circular economy principles, the principle of minimum waste, long-term use, preference for recyclable materials, and multi-functional product design.
